Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

The best gluten free muffins you will ever try! So moist & delicious in only 20-30 minutes!
& clean up is made easy since you're mixing in one bowl!
Creates 12 beautiful muffins
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 cups of gluten free flour (make sure it contains xanthan gum)
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp of baking soda (I used a gluten free kind)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of chocolate chips (or less)
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mash your bananas until they are a smooth consistency (a few chunks never hurt nobody).
3. Insert and mix all other ingredients together until it is a smooth batter-like consistency.
4. Grease your muffin tin with coconut oil (I use a liquified coconut oil).
5. Scoop in the batter into the muffin tin and watch these bad boys grow in about 20-30 minutes!
To test if they are ready, you can use a fork to stick through the muffin, and if the fork comes out dry (aside from chocolate), you can take them out to cool off.
