As I am ageing, I look for particular factors in my makeup- is it lightweight? Will it cover what I want it to cover? Will it set into fine lines and wrinkles? Does it need to be set with a powder?
The best formulated concealers in my books thus far are:
Make Up Forever Ultra HD Self Set Concealer
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
Benefit Cosmetics Boi-ing Cakeless Concealer
Make Up Forever Ultra HD Self Set Concealer is now my daily go-to. I am loving that I don't need to set it with powder, which avoids too much product and powder setting into my fine lines (especially under the eyes, which is my problem area).
NARS concealer is amazing. As a makeup artist, this one is a staple in my kit. It has been so versatile since it works on every skin combo and it is very buildable. They have a wide range of colours, and I can easily mix them to create a shade I need at the time. It is seamless, but you should set this concealer with a powder.
Benefit Cosmetics Boi-ing Cakeless Concealer- It does what is says! Cakeless, full coverage concealer. It does require a setting powder, but you can use a small amount of concealer to go a long way! One of my faves for sure!
Don't be shy- send us an email letting us know which concealers are your favourite so we can try them out!
